Moray Council, which began using Keenan Recycling’s services in 2004, is one of the top performing councils in the country for organics recycling. They are on track to meet the challenging targets set by Scottish government for waste management – for example, 60% of household waste has to be recycled by 2020 – which means an increase of 10% from current levels in the next four years.
